1. Get a piece of paper
2. Get writing utensils.
3. Sit for an undisturbed minute
- Meditated with music for one minute.
4. Draw what you're thinking with a different part of your body other than your hands
- Used mouth.
5. Now destroy it
- Ripped and crumpled up paper
6. Draw the "ruined" product on a separate piece of paper
-Drew a blind contour of the crumpled pieces of paper.
7. Apply Color
- I selected the color to use by meditating another minute and therefore repeating the process.
