Go to events: art, music, performances etc.
Be open to new things, foods, activities, people, art, experiences
It’s ok if you don’t like it. Ask yourself why you don’t like it.
Revisit things you don’t like or said no to in the past, you might have a different opinion on it now.
Know how big/small your bubble is and when to step in or out of it
Step out anyway
Help others when you can, but don’t hurt yourself in the process
Listen carefully, observe
Move: walk, swim, bike
Travel far and wide, travel close
Mark up the book: take notes when reading whether its for yourself/fun or required by someone else.
Keep a personal library
Learn from your mistakes and those of others
Keep busy
Take breaks when necessary
Use your resources
Know when to laugh
