3. What made you upset?
4. Why did that upset you?
5. Can it be resolved?
6. Who will be impacted by the solution?
7. Is there anything more you can do?
8. STOP walking and wright down your solutions.
9. Draw a birds eye view of where you began and where you stopped walking.
