1. Find a place of solitude, maybe with a mirror
2. Clear a large enough space to move around in. make sure it is comfortable
3. Remove clothing
4. Breathe deeply and bring consciousness to your body
5. Practice yoga, stretch, or meditate
6. Record something you learned/ noticed about your body
