From Under Giant Sunflowers of a Personal Zen Space
1)
Sometimes
the space is more important than the art created in that space.
2)
If
that space is defined then it is limited, so it hasn’t been defined, as of yet.
3)
Creative
behavior is to define that space,
Ø that I carry around
like a pocket full of rocks,
Ø that I take out periodically
to skip across the water,
Ø that builds
momentum with each ripple,
Ø that emanates from
the shore
Ø and from each
breath.
Ø A cool breeze is
more important then
Ø and it comes again with each thought, each prayer.
4)
When
prayers are connected to the sunflowers they are limited.
5)
Prayers
are taken aloft by the clouds, even though I don’t listen to Cumulus Nimbus
rims,
6)
Ah,
but the space, the corridors between the clouds welcome that embrace.
Ø everything is
theater.
Ø everything is from
a point of view
Ø everything is fluid
between mediums
Ø everything is
perspective
Ø and there is ease between
suspended disbelief,
Ø where vernacular
matters, dialogue is motion
Ø and in that regard,
experience is everything
