- top what you are doing
- Go fill up a glass of water
- Take that glass of water and go sit down somewhere that is cozy
- Close your eyes and clear your mind
- Start to breath in and out slowly
- After you do that 5 times, take a drink of water
- Repeat that for 1 minute
- Hope that you are calm now
- If feeling upset, sit down
- Close your eyes
- Think of a time that you were happy
- Go through that memory for about a minute
- Get up and be that happy for the rest of the day
