Well...the saying "don't cry over spilled milk" applies to me here. I let other things take precedence of setting aside a quiet 10 minutes each day. However, the act of reflecting on my wishing I could go back and redo it seems to further impress the permanence of the commitments/actions you take. Not to say that things can't be mended or forgiven, but rather that we can't go back in time, so the healthier focus is on the present and committing today, not tomorrow or yesterday.
