Art As Commodity - Clint Stevens

I cut, shaped and polished various stones into rectilinear shapes, I then found some discarded relief prints from the recycling bin in the print studio and cut them into 3x3 squares. I then taped the stone to the card and traded them for various items. from a post-it note with a name written on it, to an old camera, I didnt have any instruction to give those who I was trading, I wanted to see how others would value my work without knowing anything about how much time and effort goes into creating such an object.
