Like many people I move around when I sleep; certain positions are more sleep conducive than others, and I thought it would be fun to record my movements in paint. I took 3 mini naps in 30 minute increments applying a different color of paint to my body and laying in a different position for each mini nap. The patterns my body made were rather interesting and I learned a lot about what my body does when I'm sleeping.
