Mushy Love Lines

For my project I took lines from popular Michael Bolton songs and turned them into new poetry. I took this new poetry and turned it into valentines which I handed out at the school library. The method I used when choosing the lines i wanted for my poem was to pick a Michael Bolton song at random and write the number line that would go next chronologically. My poem hearts read

"When you just give love

on a cloudy day

say what you feel

and no matter how she swears she'll never fall again

I think of you day and night".

My Valentine hearts were well received and even made a few people smile.

This was a friend of mine and he seemed pretty entertained by my project.

While speaking with theses two I was asked to join a club.

This guy was my favorite, he looked very serious until I gave him his poem.
