My brother doesnt have time to max out cars on need for speed and isnt very good at the game yet, so I decided to loan him my account and cars so he can practice while I upgrade the stuff for him.

Gift KennadeeDutson

My gift is the gift of new growth. These are clippings are from the big momma plant I have in my kitchen. The clippings have been sitting in water growing roots for the past 2 or 3 weeks so I decided to plant them in dirt and give one pot to my neighbor and one to my best friend. I gave one to my neighbor because she's a plant nerd and always asks me about my plants, she's moving at the end of May so I thought her new beginning could start with a new plant. And I gave one to my best friend because she's been posting a lot of sad things (mostly about her relationship) so I thought that she could use a plant to start her new growth as a human.

Gift - Max Oliver

Alright let me give some context to this. So in the time that we've all been quarantined, I managed to start a relationship with a girl named Veronica. What I did for my gift is that I drew a number of drawings for her. To be blunt, she loved them and I'm equally glad that she did. However, I've intentionally distorted and damaged them for my submissions since I solely intended the gift for her. This will ensure that, as the originals will still be shared and cherished with us.

Gift - Becky Weber

For my gift I did character designing for my twin. She's been working on a story idea and needed help, and I always love her stories so I wanted to help out. It actually was really fun and something that we could discuss together and collaborate on.

Gift- IV Jo

This is a non traditional bosom. Basically a broom with a more spiritual meaning. Usually made from a handle of oak and twigs of birch, mine is made from dried grasses, leather, and some red thread. I chose red to symbolize strength and courage. Attached near the top is a dream catcher talisman, and hanging from it is a crystal. The dream catcher has its obvious use, and the crystal is to amplify the energy/idea for this besom. The besom is most often used to sweep out negativity from a space and keep it out. I chose to make this as my gift for people to remind themselves that the intention to get rid of negative thoughts and feelings is always something you can work towards. Especially in times like this.

Gift - Zane Tibbs

For my gift I am making an "Our Adventure Book" for my girlfriend over the past year since this week is when we would have been dating for a year. I got this idea from the well known Disney Pixar movie up. Some of the things within this book are just some pictures that we have taken on all of the adventures that we have been on. For the process of making this, I had to gather up a lot of memorial pictures of us and go to Walmart to print them off. Then I glued them into the book and put little funny lines of inside jokes between the two of us. The biggest success of this is that I was able to get it done in time since some things took a while to dry.

Gift- Sage Venna

For my gift project, I made a tea time book for my friend Jamyn. Tea time was something we would do almost every Tuesday. I would come over to Jamyn's house after art history, boil some water, pick a tea and hash out our thoughts. Sometimes my tea would get cold because we would be talking for so long. We would talk about art, our deadbeat dads, school, the art program really anything. I wanted to make this small note pad so we can record our tea times together. I'll be moving into her apartment hopefully in May so that we can have tea times daily.

Persona-Alex Baxter

My persona I chose was a young boy. They are inspired by space and scifi things such as star wars.

Persona -- Rylie Muir

This is a protection charm of my patron. It's a simplification of his crest, it symbolizes the protection he provides. The three grass knots are imperative, missing one means a core part of your personhood cannot be protected.

Braiding together flowers and grass with a stick that has both old leaves and new blossoms on it is an easy way to celebrate the changing of the seasons. Death and life are simply mirrors of one existence, and both should be given proper reverence. This charm should always stay hung upside down after it's finished, or else you'll have bad luck during the planting season.

A charm for survival. Ideally, this should use sprigs of evergreen, but other hardy trees are acceptable as well. Survival despite harsh winters, survival no matter how long or arduous your journey. This is one I keep on me regularly, and it's a very common gift for good luck and well wishes.

I decided to make my art based on a nomadic person with a reverence for nature. Maybe a sort of druid. I imagine this character is a young man, explaining the things he makes to somebody he met during his travels. I wanted to do something simple but relatively restricted. I decided to completely rule out drawing for this assignment and keep the materials I could use to found objects. This helped me both find out what to make, as well as developing the character as I walked around the yard to find my materials and appreciate nature during this weird time.

Persona - Anastacia Kadomtsev

The persona I have created is primarily a traveler, based on a bygone era, that constantly scribbles inspiration, documenting their whereabouts, into a weathered sketchbook as they pass through various regions. Their creative process is unstructured and spontaneous, conveying a certain degree of eccentricity in their lifestyle and habits. They exist for the moment, seeking to capture it in their sketchbook. With such, they sleep wherever and whenever they are able, obtaining food however possible, and doing their best to survive with limited resources. They are deeply philosophical in their beliefs and personal habits.

Persona- IV Jo

The first picture is of the Persona. They are an adventurer who travels to distant worlds to see the creatures and landscapes. The second picture is a creature that the persona found on one of their adventures. I have decided to call it a Lava Surik.

Persona - Jaiden Kinsey

This is my persona named Kai, I've made this character prior to this assignment. She is just a werewolf girl who struggles to live the regular everyday life of a human. She struggles to find friends so I was previously thinking about Kai making pictures of herself with others. But I thought about the lack of control she would have as a wolf. She would find birds and small rodents, hoping to befriend them. Resulting in her losing control and killing the animals. I was thinking Kai would make some cool arrangement of bones that she had accidentally collected. The concept sketch is inspired by the Capuchin crypts in Italy.

Persona- Justin Cresswell

Persona - KennadeeDutson

I am an Ecologist or a plant researcher. My everyday life is to find and study plants in their natural environment. Lots of plants and organisms have already been discovered but it is my mission to find the most rare and unheard. These are entrees from my research on the Rocky Mountain trail/waterfall in Northern Utah. I like to hike and eat a packed lunch, usually a sub sandwich and fruit. I like to explore alone or with one other person. My process is choosing the plants that were most interesting to me and taking a polaroid picture of them. I then researched the name of the plant, its native land, and the symbolism that plant has. It was interesting to see the plants I chose ended up having a relation to my life in the name or symbolism.
